Can I order a custom painting?

Yes, I accept a limited number of custom commissions.

We will discuss your space, colour preferences, scale, and overall direction to ensure the piece aligns with your vision.

By commissioning a custom artwork, you acknowledge that the final piece will reflect my artistic style and interpretation.

Do artworks come framed?

All oil pastel artworks are sold framed. Due to the delicate and textured nature of oil pastel, framing is essential to protect the surface from dust and accidental contact.

Canvas paintings under 100 cm may have framing options available upon request. Larger canvas works are shipped rolled for safe international delivery.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally from Poland.

If your country does not appear at checkout, please get in touch and we will review shipping options for your location.

For international orders customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the artwork price or shipping fee.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Please note that for larger or bulk orders, shipping may not calculate automatically at checkout. In such cases, shipping will be quoted separately. You will be contacted in advance with the final shipping cost for confirmation before your order is processed.

For remote or island locations, additional shipping charges may apply; we will contact you if this is the case before dispatch.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Please inspect your package upon arrival.
If your artwork arrives damaged, contact bashkova.art@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the artwork, the packaging, any visible damage.

This helps initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. I will review the situation and work with you to find a fair resolution.
